Flyfiretech Drone buoy device for DJI various series models

**Note: I have already posted this review more than five times and the company has removed my review each time. I find this extremely dishonest. Customer service should continue after a product is purchased if there is a problem, not disappear into the blue after a product is shipped. I will continue to re-post this review, as I believe others should be aware that this company does not provide any support or response beyond the initial order.

I purchased eight of these products for international field research with enough advance notice for delivery timelines to include in the project. After several email prompts to the company, they eventually responded guaranteeing that it would be delivered on time. Tracking information for the deliveries was not sent until I specifically requested it via several emails. Unfortunately, the orders were not delivered on time and I was unable to use them. My colleague and I have since contacted the company 10+ times via email, WhatsApp calling and messaging from more than one phone number, and other platforms such as LinkedIn in order to return the orders, or at the least, to request SDS information for compressed gas hazardous material shipping so I can return them to my home university and use them on another project. We have never once received a single response to our emails, calls, and messages about these inquiries. Extremely disappointing customer service. I will never order from this company again and will widely discourage any colleagues from doing so as well.

Absolutely love this! It’s great having peace of mind flying over water now with this on my DJI M30T.
Took a while to receive, it looked like it got bounced around a lot by USPS, but well worth the wait.
