I purchased eight of these products for international field research with enough advance notice for delivery timelines to include in the project. After several emails with the company, they responded guaranteeing that it would be delivered on time. Tracking information for the deliveries was never sent until I specifically requested it via several emails.
Unfortunately, the orders were not delivered on time to include in the project and I was unable to use them. My colleague and I have since contacted the company via email, WhatsApp calling and messaging from several different numbers, and other platforms such as LinkedIn in order to return the orders, or at least for the company to provide SDS information for compressed gas hazardous material shipping so I can return them to my home university and use them on another project. We have never once received a single response to our emails, calls, and messages about these inquiries. Extremely disappointing customer service. I will never order from this company again and will widely discourage any colleagues from doing so as well.
